REFRIGERATOR MEALS SERVED AT JOLLIBEE
I was standing for about 10mins today, 13 Feb, 2014 before 10 am; at the Senior Citizen counter of Jollibee Manhattan, Cubao branch, and no one was taking my order, until I asked a server to please take my order.
I ordered 1 Corned Beef meal, plain rice, with extra egg and hot chocolate. After processing my payment, the girl said, she will just bring the food to my table and she gave me a number. I replied, "please include disposable utensils". And she answered, yes.
My receipt has a time of 19:04 AM. After 20mins, a male server came, gave my food to another customer, then got it back when I showed him my number, which was 33. The rice was not plain, but with garlic, and there was no spoon, no hot choco. So I complained that my order was with plain rice. So the server got back the plate and returned to the counter.
After another 10 minutes waiting, a girl server came with the plate. This time it has plain rice, but still without hot choco and disposable spoon/fork. So I told her, "I cannot eat the food without utensils and a drink. It will choke me". So she ran back to the counter and returned with the spoon and fork. She said the hot choco is still being boiled. So I told her, "give me coffee instead.
When I started eating the food, it was very cold. Perhaps it was there at the counter for that long period. So I remarked to the passing server, "my food seemed to have come from the ref!
