    August 2, 2017, kumain sa Jollibee misis ko at baby namin. What happened is that dahil sa hindi maubos yung inorder nilang spaghetti ipinpatake-out nalang sana ng misis ko. Pero ng ititake out na sana, planong ilagay lang sa cellophane ng supervisor o kung sino man yun yung tirang spaghetti. At napansin pa ng misis ko na yung plastic na baso na ibinigay sa kanila ay iba sa isinerve sa ibang customer at may cracks na raw sa ibabaw nito.     Last Saturday, June 17, 2017 at 4:09 pm we ordered 3 cheese burger meals w/ large fries and large drinks, spaghetti with hot spicy chicken, choco mallows, pineapple juice and champ at Jolllibee thru their Hot line #8700 and i was told that the food will be delivered within 30 minutes.     I placed an order today online via web with an order number 102741032 and the order was places 11:35PM Manila Time, I got an email saying they will deliver it within 30 mins. I've been waiting for any calls/email for the update however wala ako nareceive. Mag dadalawang oras na. Bought a food and have it for take out, and it was raining at that time.     Good Day! May this letter find you in a good spirit. I just want to complain one of the crew at Jollibee Hidalgo, for being such a "RUDE" crew ever. It was happened last year, but still i can't moved on with that incident.     we ordered today (12:57am/ feb. 28) through delivery. I ordered jolly spag. With yum value meal with iced tea worth P91.30 based sa flyers. His name is SJ, who took us an order through phone and he said that if its iced tea, its automatically upgrade to large and it have an additional payment.     I ordered a take away meal at your branch today( 1/26/2016) evening time around 6pm. I told the cashier that I was sitting outside with my husband,since I am 8 months pregnant I would easily be recognizable, the cashier gave me a number, no 41.   • Opening



    Manager held up the opening time due to team meeting while clients are waiting outside for them to open. If opening time is 6am, then all pre opening activities should be completed before then. If your going to insist in opening by 6:15, then say 6:15 and not 6:00am. Don't really on the security guard log, he clearly was trying to cover up for the manager.     This is my 3rd time that I feel dissapointed with the service of your Jollibee Branch at Levitown, Marawoy, Lipa City, Batangas.     I ordered online and delivered 30 minutes at the lobby of my Apartment , Basically the Delivery guy used to repeat my orders since then including my amount due and money .     I order for breakfast delivery at 10:30AM. Customer service informed that after 45 mins, food will be delivered and a P200 Gift Certificate will issued if fail to delivery on time.     Jollibee national road poblacion, muntinlupa city customer service sucks. I ordered bucket meal but was iformed that I have to wait for 15 minutes.     30-45mins max waiting time daw... Waited for more than 2 hours for the delivery. Made follow-ups... Got hung up for 10minutes and another 5 minutes for another follow up.     Worst customer and delivery service. Waited for 2 hours for delivery. Got hung up after 14 mins of holding. Did not get any return call after 3 follow ups. Agents (after calling them at 20m to 30mins interval) kept telling the delivery boy left the branch, when finally it arrived, poor delivery boy said they were all tied up and just left few mins ago.     I Placed an order at around 8:25PM 08/30/15. Since rhe regular Champ burger was not available the customer rep informed me how about ordering the 156pesos Champ cheesy bacon mushroom shit.
