  • Delivery and Customer Service Issue

    On the 10th of June 2017 I ordered an online delivery with Jollibee (# 102926052). Jollibee decided to replace the Hersheys Kisses sundae I had ordered with a chocolate sundae without my permission. This item was neither wanted or consumed. Furthermore, Jollibee also decided to add extra gravy to my order and charged me for it. Apart from not being wanted in the first place, they didn't even deliver this item.   • Lost ID - Jollibee Market Market

    I lost my company ID today August 22, 2015 when me and my friend ate at Market Market Jolibee (beside MAX's). I asked one of the crews if it was endorsed to their lost and found department, however, they said it wasn't. The thing is, that is the only place I went to before it was lost so I'm 80% certain it's in there.   • very poor service

    I just came home after eating in jolibee balibago branch along national high way sta rosa laguna. I have been a fan and faithful customer of jolibee since I was five. Until this day comes, i ordered two burger steak and longanisa, french fries and mashed potato for my two companions. Lumabas muna ako to get something sa car and need to attend to a phone call. I ordered choco shake she said its boy available and so she suggested hot choco.I asked if there is an additional pay for me to change the drink for N2 from coke to hot choco,she said none.I paid 111.   • fallen chicken thong on the floor

    i was ordering my breakfast meal (burger steak) in Jollibee Centro Ibabao Mandaue City Cebu, when a guy in charge of cooking chicken joy accidentally dropped the thong. i was expecting he would get a clean new one or something spare, but he instead put it back in its holder (in the chiken boiler/station).   • Very bad customer service for online delivery

    For the past few times I have ordered online from Jollibee, I get the first email indicating that I have placed an order. However I never receive the second email which confirms that the order has been confirmed. I try calling 87000 to follow-up my order, but there are almost always no available agents. The last time, I finally got through to an agent (after 30 minutes of waiting), and she referred me to another number, saying that they don't entertain online order inquiries.
