Bad Service


We are regular customers in Panagdait, Gorordo and Talamban branches here in Cebu, and at most times frequenting the drive thru. Several things we don't like;
1. The crew receiving the order does not listen, rather talk also; e.g. I ordered 1 pc. burger steak, and still comes back with that annoying question 'How many pieces burger steak?'; I order Spicy chicken with spaghetti; yet I receive 1 regular chicken joy with rice and separate spaghetti in the bag when I reached home. Question: What kind of training are they getting? Are they advised to talk rather than listen whilst taking orders?
2. I love to take out your brewed coffee after my dine in breakfast so that I can have it whilst driving. Lately, I experienced several annoying issues with my coffee;
a. There was one instance that 1/4 of my cup is coffee sediments.(Gorordo)
b. Another instance where they placed my coffee in a leaking sundae cup that was spilling as the cover was not tight.(Panagdait)
c. The worst instance was this morning, when they placed a soft-drink cover on my cup. Am I expected to use a straw on my coffee whilst driving?(Gorordo)
3. Your Talamban Branch always run out of items when we go there later at night e.g. chicken, pineapple juice, gravy, pepper beef, etc. I thought these branches would know how to forecast their daily product turnover. Why always run out.
My impression is that there is bad selection of people for your crew. Another is that there is no adequate training. Thirdly, there is no 'common sense' among your people that applies to the sensitivities of the customer. That includes the managers of the aforementioned branches. I tried McDonalds, their people are far better than yours. It is just that, they don't have exactly the same food that I like to eat.
