Delivery Complaiint


I order for breakfast delivery at 10:30AM. Customer service informed that after 45 mins, food will be delivered and a P200 Gift Certificate will issued if fail to delivery on time. At around 11:30AM, I called 8-7000 to follow up my order. 8-7000 customer service rep told me that store that will serve the delivery will call me for update. Another 20 mins of waiting, i did not receive any calls. I then decided to cancel my order since I have waited for more than 1 and 1/2 hours. Expecting that I will receive gift certificate or anything to compensate more than 1 and 1/2 hours of waiting, 87000 CS told me that they will not give anything since transaction was cancelled. I am one of your regular customer and loved your food for several years now but this kind of issue will reflect Jollibee as an incompetent Food chain compnay when it comes to delivery. Hoping to receive feedback from you with regards to my complaint. FYI.. I decided to call mcdonalds after I cancel my delivery with you and was able deliver the food I order within 30 mins.
