Delivery Online SUCKS!!
I ordered online and delivered 30 minutes at the lobby of my Apartment , Basically the Delivery guy used to repeat my orders since then including my amount due and money . Awhile ago , the delivery guy just gave me the food and go as fast as he could , i never intended to checked my change as i know jollibee is a trusted food company , however, my amount due would be 246.00 only and i gave 1,000 as my payment. Too late when i noticed that only 553.00 was given by the delivery guy. I called 3 agents to contact the jollibee Store and give me feedbacks after 4 hours , it sucks because the delivery guy called me as if his mad and tryng to convince me that he gave me the exact change i supposed to have. First and foremost, I wont waste my time arguing for nothing.Second,I wont waste money to call through online services using my mobile.3rd, I wont complained unnessesary things just to have my money back. Im too upset because I didnt expect this to happen. Whoever you are, may god bless you because you are blaming your cashier which u've said gave you the said money. Libertad Liberty Commercial Jollibee Store , your delivery service SUCKS!!
