Poor Service


I ordered a take away meal at your branch today( 1/26/2016) evening time around 6pm. I told the cashier that I was sitting outside with my husband,since I am 8 months pregnant I would easily be recognizable, the cashier gave me a number, no 41. I waited for 15 minutes, no order, so I went back inside to ask where is my order, I was told that my order had already been delivered, I showed her the number I had been given and I could see a order in front of her which contained 3 milkshakes and meals, the same as my order. I asked them to check the receipt and number on this order, IT WAS MY ORDER JUST SITTING THERE and to make matters worse this was the manager.No apology was given to me, the service is absolutely disgraceful.
