Super delay delivery - Jollibee delivery
Hi. I just want to complain about my experiance on the delivery system of Jollibee . I call yesteday morning around 9am at the hotline 87000. They took my order and end up well. They told me that they will delivery the food in about 20mins. Around 9:50, there is no delivery. So i called again the same number for follow up and told me they will contact the branch who's catering my order. Another hour left, around 11 am, still no delivery. I called again and told me the same thing. After 30mins, i called again the hotline coz still there's no delivery yet. That time i already ask to which branch did they forwarded my order and ask fo the number of the branch. Luckily they gave me the details. Its the jollibee branch at makati ave cor. Jupiter st. I called the branch and ask for the manager becoz i got pissed off with the first lady who picked up the fone telling me there is no order under my name and told me to call again the hotline. After she forwarded my call to their manager, i found out that they got my order however they missed to deliver. Wow right?.. How could that happened? How can their system missed that? Even the hotline service is keep on telling me that they are doing some follow up with them. Right after every follow up that i did. That was a messed and definitely the worst delivery service that i encountered.
