WORST CUSTOMER/DELIVERY SERVICE


Had this very terrible experience yesterday (November 10th, 2014) with your delivery service.

We've been using Jolibee Delivery Service for years now and its unbelievable that we will be experiencing such terrible customer service.

We phoned 8-7000 and ordered. Then, when the delivery rep asked kung magkano yung pera namin para maprepare yung change after nya sabihin yung total bill (253php), we said 500 and we'll give 53 pesos nalang para 300 sakto yung sukli. Then she said, order will be delivered in 20 minutes. Time stamp namin is 1:21pm, sabi nung rep. So expected na around 1:41pm darating yun since we live in Espanya lang naman, right across UST. Sabi pag late, we will receive 200php GC.

Naghintay kami...

And 1:41pm na wala pa...

Dumating 1:55pm. LATE! Sabi ko sa delivery guy, what happened at bakit late. Sabi nung guy (mejo nagulat nung sitahin ko), di naman daw late. Tinanung ko kung anong oras yung nasa resibo, nagreflect 1:21pm which is tama). Then I asked, anong oras na, looking at my smart phone's clock, pati sa wall clock, tv at laptop ko, its 1:55pm. Sabi nung lalaki, hindi kami late sir, 1:41 sakto nasa lobby na ko ng condo. Sabi ko, talaga? Sabi nya opo sir, eto nga po o, sa orasan ko 1:41 po.

I was like, what the hell? So nagteleport ka and it took you just a snap to get here from the lobby? Ilang floor and dadaanan mo iho.

I showed him the time, sabi ko pa na its sync kasi online kami. Late kayo. Pero he insisted na hindi.

Okay, nagbayad na ko, tapos yung usapan na sukli, wala man lang dala si kuya kahit singkong panukli. Sabi ko, so ano ka ngayon nyan? Late ka na, wala ka pang panukli? Sinabi namin na 500 pera namin at magbibigay nalang ng 53 na barya.

Sabi nung lalaki, wala pong pinadala sakin na sukli e.

So tinanung ko kung saang branch o lupalop sya nanggaling at sino nagprocess ng order.

DAPITAN BRANCH - Cashier MAAN.

So naghanap pa kami ng barya kasi nakakahiya sa kahinaan ng utak nyo para magawa ng tama ang trabaho nyo.

Hindi sa lahat ng tao acceptable ang PINOY TIME at PINOY STYLE. BS.

So I called the same delivery hotline at nireport ko yung nangyari. And I'm doing this again, just in case na wala na namang kakayahan yung pinagsumbungan ko.

This also happened to us - NUMEROUS times. Last week, nadeliver daw sa ibang bahay sabi nung Call Center tapos late so may 200GC na marereceive daw ng monday. Monday na, wala pa dn. We called to ask, hintayin lang daw on the same day.nganga. Tuesday ganun p dn, wala p dn so we decided na next time nlng pagkadeliver. Yesterday(Thursday, 12-18-2014), nagpadeliver na kmi, ggmitin na sna nmin ung GC, ok daw that was 12:01pm, 1 hour pa nga ang delivery time e ang lapit lng ng Jollibee Pacita samin. Tapos,nalate so 200 GC na naman dapat.. nakailang tawag kmi sa delivery hotline, nareceive na daw nmin ung food, e tatawag ba kmi at magfafollow up if nakain na nmin? at pare-parehas lang ang cnsbi nla.. "ICOCOORDINATE" daw nla.. pambihira ilang oras kmi naghintay at ilang tawag na ung ginawa namin.. tinawagan din nmin ung mismong branch wala sumasagot. Finally, may tumwag, knausap nmin.. tinanong nmin bkt masyadong late at bakit walang sumasagot, wla daw cla internet at ung phone ay nsa ofc at marami daw tao sa store. tinanong nmin kng un ba tlga yung number ng Jollibee Pacita, d alam nung mismong manager ng branch! anyways, dumating naman ung pinadeliver at 630pm na. tapos nanghihingi kmi ng compensation just to teach them a lesson, 400 na GC daw.. sabi q pa nga dpat nga 1k na dhil ilang oras kmi pinaghintay pero we settled nlng din dun dhil d nman kmi after sa GC..badtrip pagdating pa nung delivery boy d daw nya alam na ung 1st 200 na GC ung ggmitin nmin so takang taka sya.. meron nlng bngay na voucher para mkuha nmin ung 400 na GC kc out of stock daw kahapon.. which means marami n clang nbgyan at lagi tlga clang LATE!
