On the 10th of June 2017 I ordered an online delivery with Jollibee (# 102926052).

Jollibee decided to replace the Hersheys Kisses sundae I had ordered with a chocolate sundae without my permission. This item was neither wanted or consumed.

Furthermore, Jollibee also decided to add extra gravy to my order and charged me for it. Apart from not being wanted in the first place, they didn't even deliver this item.

When the deliveryman came, I was handed a receipt with text that was so faint that it may as well have been a blank piece of paper. Even the deliveryman was unsure about how much I was supposed to pay.

Once he had left I noticed there was an issue with the sundae being incorrect and I then found out that I had been charged for the undelivered gravy.

In total I was overcharged by 48 pesos. It may only be a small amount, but this is about principles.

I submitted a complaint about the issue to Jollibee on the 10th of June, which was the same day as the delivery. Apart from an automated confirmation e-mail, I received no response from the company.

I then submitted another complaint about the issue on the 12th of July 2017, which also received no response other than the automated reply.
