Bad Customer Service


August 2, 2017, kumain sa Jollibee misis ko at baby namin. What happened is that dahil sa hindi maubos yung inorder nilang spaghetti ipinpatake-out nalang sana ng misis ko. Pero ng ititake out na sana, planong ilagay lang sa cellophane ng supervisor o kung sino man yun yung tirang spaghetti. At napansin pa ng misis ko na yung plastic na baso na ibinigay sa kanila ay iba sa isinerve sa ibang customer at may cracks na raw sa ibabaw nito. Sa management ng Jollibee Tacloban please pakitrain po ng staffs ninyo. Dahil ba nakatsinelas lang ang misis ko at hindi pormada e ganun ang pagtrato sa kanila? Ginawa ng misis ko hindi na niya ipina take-out.
