ge but I declined. I ordered choco shake she said its boy available and so she suggested hot choco.I asked if there is an additional pay for me to change the drink for N2 from coke to hot choco,she said none.I paid 111. When I checked the receipt it showed that I paid 12 pesos for the hot choco when in the first place I asked her if there is an extra charge to change the drink and she said none. and also it showed that I paid 21 pesos for a large fries when I just have the regular fries served. and their cashier personnel is not that so nice when I asked for a ketchup coz I have a lot of things in hand and I can't get a ketchup from the refill.I was referring to the sachet but they just Told me that I can get it from the refill and I left.it took a long time for them to refund me my money.to think that they should treat me as a valued customer coz I always eat there after my shift.please Improve customer satisfaction so this would not happen again to other customer and lose a customer. Thanks.
