Kumain kami ng anak ko sa Jollibee Naga Branch on tuesday July 21,2015 past 12nn. Pauwi na kami nang maalala ko na hindi kami nabigyan ng sukli sa 500. Bumaba kmi ng bus at bumalik sa Jollibee, I approached one of the lady manager (I think) and told her about my concern, may tinawag siyang isa pang manager named Polly, they asked me what time and lane number I've placed my order. Sinabi ko ung order namin at anong oras kami kumain. After few minutes, bumalik silang dalawa at sinabi sa akin na hindi daw sila sobra sa sales sa registers. Polly also insisted that they usually give the change after generating receipt at hindi nila ito dapat i pending. But I insisted that it was a miss on their part that time. I asked for a copy of the receipt, gave them the exact order, and time. We've waited again, But Polly came back and said they did not capture and found the order on the register. And asked for my contact number instead. I also asked for his, and he told me " i ti-txt nya na lang ako later"..with that being said my son and I decided to leave again and catch a ride back home, on our way, I texted Polly and told him, I have taken a picture of my son and part of the receipt was captured, the receipt was generated at 12:10pm.
After few mins the lady manager called and told me, " Maam, talaga pong hindi ka namin nabigyan ng sukli" and apologizes for the miss. told me that I can drop by anytime to get my change back. I came back the next day, and took the money back from Polly, he counted and handed the money while saying pacensya na po sa abala..
ABALA talaga..very frustrating experience.
Why do they have to let us leave before they can give resolution thinking it'
s just a simple case of "amnesia" .
Nakakasama lang ng loob kasi kasama ko pa ung anak ko na naabala, ung sinabi nila na wala silang makitang ganung order, meaning di sila naniniwala na pumunta kami dun at ngaun humihingi pa ng sukli!?..I felt embarrased and disrespected..Apology accepted, pero yung emotional trauma ay hindi kaagad mawawala o "makakalimutan"..napakadali magsabi ng sorry at pasensya na po..

sana lang di na ito maulit sa iba, lalong lalo na sa katulad ko na bawat sentimo ay mahalaga..
