late delivery and wrong item
nagpadeliver ako thrue 87000 malinaw kong sinabi sa agent kung ano ung ayaw kung part ng chicken so ok kmeng nagusap nung agent and then after 45mins my order wastnt deliver it yet nagfollow up ako pero wala akong naricieve na call from jollibee na magcacater sken dumating ung order ko ng late since gutom na kme so ok lang kahit late sya wlang binigay na gc or anything and when i opened my order aun bumungad sken ang maling order ko na malinaw ko naman ininstract sa agent tumawag ako sa sa store na nagcater sken sinabi ko kung ano ung mali papalitan nila so naghintay alo ulit after more than 30mins my still on pending nagfollow up ulit ako like 4times at sabi sken pasensia na daw umalis na c rider kaninapa and for the fifith time nagfollow up ulit ako dun ko nlaman na paalis plang pla c rider pinaasa ako na kanina pa nakaalis un nman pla ndi pa at ang isa pang nakakadismasaya sa experience kong toh eeh ung malaman na kaya pla mali ung dineliver sken is because wlang available nung order ko,tama ba na magdeliver cla ng ndi ko order at ndi manlang ako ininform ng saganun na cancel ko nang at ndi pinaghintay ng less than 2hours??
