attitude of the staff towards customer - jollibee


2 weeks ago kumain kami sa jollibee sm santa rosa kasama ang nga workmate ko.nagtanong ako kung saan yung priority lane kasi buntis ako.ang sabi ni ms. hazel (staff) "mam wala po kami priority lane".naintindihan ko kasi baka nga wala sa haba ng pila during that time kasi weekend.kanina lang around 8-9 pm pauwi na kami.since hindi naubos ung pagkain ng anak ko.pina take out ko. halos buo pa ung chicken and rice.yun nga lang nilagyan ng gravy ung kanin ng anak ko.pagka abot ko nung pagkain.same person, ms. hazel at same branch ng jollibee. " mam pati po ba ung rice?" sagot ko, opo kasi hindi naubos ng anak ko. pagkatalikod nya nagtawanan sila ng ka-crew nya. tama po ba yun?! ganon ba lahat ng crew? pag may nagpatake out pinagtatawanan?! sobrang nabastos talaga ako! hindi ko rin alam kung may ginagawa ang management sa mga ganong crew.pero sana mas mapractice nyo sa mga staff ung maging marespeto sa kapwa.
