Good Day! May this letter find you in a good spirit.
I just want to complain one of the crew at Jollibee Hidalgo, for being such a "RUDE" crew ever. It was happened last year, but still i can't moved on with that incident. Everytime na kakain ako or even kasama ko family ko, to jollibee fast food feeling ko hindi ko na gustong kumain dun even my son, because of phobia to the rude crew i didn't deserved that thing, and even some of the customers.
We ordered 1pc.of chicken joy with large cheese fries with large coke, 1pc of chicken joy with macaroni soup and sarsi float, and also spaghetti with reg.sarsi drink. I asked for the "Spicy Big part" yung isa for my husband and not leg, pero still he gave me leg part pa din. Dun pa lang nainis na ako kasi feeling ko hindi sya attentive listening to my order, then binalik tsaka sumigaw sa loob ng kitchen na paki palitan daw may nagtanong na Manager if what part, then sinabi nyang "KUKO PART" daw, sa inis ko kinonfront ko sya kung may kuko part talaga sila, instead na mag sorry si crew, he replied me na "KUNG GUSTO NYO NG KUKO NA PART MAAM", tinawag na pa po akong maam di ba?
Secondly sabi ko bibili ako ng pillow, pero ang una nyang ibinibigay ay pang girl na pillow, so i repeated to him na Jollibee pillow, then ininsist nya pa na twirlie daw available, so sa inis ko sakanya sinabi kong Jollibee kasi yun yung gusto ng anak ko at lalaki sya. I am so disaapointed with that transaction, please be aware with that. His name is JEFFREY MANALANG. Sana mabigyang pansin yung mga ganitong pag uugali ng crew. Thanks!
