Joliibee session rd near benguet supermarket - Jollibee Food Corp

I would like to file a complain regarding on your service at jollibee session rd near at benguet supermarket Baguio City. Nagpadeliver kame around 8:35am sabe ng crew sa amin 45mins to deliver i ordered 2pieces of chicken, spag with chicken and extra gravy. So okay lang sa akin na 45mins kahit malapit lang naman ang session sa bahay namin. Pero usually 20mins lang sa Manila kase lagi din kame nagpapadeliver sa jollibee. Anyway, so okay na sa amin ung 45mins then bngay ko ung address dun sa crew and I told her na since mahirap hanapin address namin sabi ko sa crew sabihin sa delivery guy na sasalubungin ko nalang sa court or white building, then crew said "ok" so okay na lahat we waited for 45mins then walang dumating we waited until 9:40am wala pa dn dumating im ready to cancel my order na since 1hr na wala pa dn ung order ko.. Then my tumawag sa akin na delivery guy telling me that hinahanap daw niya ung bahay dahil di nya makita.. Sabi ko "antay kame ng antay dito mahigit isang oras na tas bumalik ka pala sa store nyo ang ayos ng instruction ko sa crew na kausap ko na mahirap hanapin bahay so i gave her instruction kung san ko kayo sasalubungin" the delivery guy told me that no one told him that instruction. I'm pissed off really pissed off!! Sa sobrang inis ko i asked for a supervisor on the line!! Supervisor is just apologizing for the inconvinience. Pero ang nakakainis lang pls teach your crew to provide info to your delivery guy!!!! We waited for 1hr and 5mins just for that delivery and expecting na makakain na kame pero walang dumating sana nagtxt delivery guy nyo na hinahanap bahay namin.. Di kayo marunong mag provide ng tamang instruction!!!! Please give action on this concern this is not really acceptable! Thank you!! Ps: im just using regular load pra lang tumawag sa Landline nyo and i know its not your fauult pero kaka follow up ng order ko I wasted 109pesos of my load!! Thanks for that!!! Hoping for actions!!! Thanks!!!!
